Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than 15 days before departure.

Limitation of Liability

Trailblazer Road Trips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any travel-related incidents.
